NWA Wado Kai Karate is a karate club in Rogers, AR, offering authentic Japanese karate classes. We welcome individuals aged 7 and above, emphasizing inclusivity and personalized instruction by our dedicated volunteer instructors.

NWA Wado Kai Karate is a member of the Shintani Wado Kai Karate Federation and Karate for Christ International.

Costs

Semester Fee $100
SWKKF Membership Fee $60/year due in September or upon joining.
Uniforms and Equipment can be ordered through the club when registering.

Students are welcome to try the first month for free, but must complete the registration form and liability waiver. Refunds are available for the first month.

Instructor

Joanne Johnson

Joanne started studying karate in 1993. She has earned the rank of Sandan (3rd degree Black Belt) in Shintani Wado Kai Karate, and Shodan (1st degree Black Belt) in TaeKwonDo and Shorin Ryu Karate.

Location

Classes take place at Rogers First Church of the Nazarene in the Gym on the west side of the building. Please use the entrance marked for Providence Academy.
